Episode 20: Bands That Changed Their Lead Singer
Show Link: Bands That Changed Their Lead Singer
Brad and Daniel got together to talk about bands who decided, one way or another, to change their lead singer after their first album had come out. We enjoyed some of the new Strawberry Rhubarb Spritzy Sangria from Cooper's Hawk, although hindsight being 20/20, we should have tried it AFTER trying the Armagnac Daniel brought, which is described below.

About the Armagnac
Nose: intense and delicate, candied fruits and roasted aromas.
Palate: delicate with plenty fresh and dried fruits (plums, grapefruit). Well-rounded and balanced, with pleasant aromatic length in the mouth.
Blend: Baco, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche
Food Pairing
Younger Armagnacs (V.S. and V.S.O.P.) pair nicely with smoked salmon and caviar, charcuterie boards filled with cold meats, and lemon tart for dessert.
Older expressions (X.O. and Hôrs d’age) pair well with roast duck, chocolate mousse, and Black Forest cake.
